Experience
Albert is a Tampa native and graduate of Jesuit High School and the University of Florida where he earned degrees in Economics and History. He gained entry into the world of real estate and construction after college, working for a home permitting company and quickly found a passion for building and home renovation and restoration. In 2002, Signature Properties was born and now 20+ years later, Albert continues to focus on his goal of helping clients build or renovate their dream home. Albert, along with his wife Nicole and their two children reside in South Tampa and in his spare time he enjoys traveling, attending his kid’s activities and Gator football!
He is a member of the Tampa Bay Builder’s Association and Better Business Bureau.
